Email accounts

LOL..My friend again has a blackberry curve through verizon. She set up a email thru blackberry but she wants to add her yahoo email also. She is having trouble. She can't figure it out at all. Can anyone help with this?

I'm sure Verizon provides a BIS page from their website like I have with AT&T. She would have her own user name and password to log into her page. There should be an option to add other email accounts. Hope this helps!

As Scarlett mentioned, there is a BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) website she can use from her PC to add the 2nd account (she can actually have up to 10 email accounts for her device). Here is the link to the site:

She can also use the Email Setup icon on her device to quick access (and it may not require her to use a password if she does it from the device).

Thank you so much! These are great sugestions. She doesn't have an email setup icon on her home screen at all. Just a email settings. It will take her to a page that asks for a username and password but she doesn't know what to enter there. I will have her try it from a cpu and see if we can figure it out there. Thanks so much!!
