I downloaded it last night without any issues (from http://mobile.blackberry.com, not sure if it's on AppWorld yet).
Appears it will work with OS 4.5 and above (my son installed on his 8330 without any problems as well).
Anyone else try it yet? It fixes the issue where if a BBM contact sent you a picture you couldn't just view it (at least with 5.0.0.33). You had to save the picture to your device first, then you could view it. I hated that. Glad to see it's fixed - YAY!
