Can someone please let me know how i can use blackberry messenger on my cell phone icon doesn't show do I have to call my cell provider or is there something I can do on the cell phone ::(

Have you tried checking to see if your icons are hidden? Go to your main screen and hit your BlackBerry button. You should see a menu that starts with "edit my info." On my 9630 (Tour), the fifth choice on the list is "show all." If you click on that, all of the icons that are hidden (purposely and accidentally) will show up.

First make sure the application is installed Click on the Options icon, then Advanced Options, then Applications. Is it listed there?

If it is, then, as suggested above, make sure the icon isn't hidden.

If it is not listed in the applications list, you'll need to reinstall it using the device OS. Post back if you need assistance with those steps.
